Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@shivachishala.com with your order details.
Return once initiated will be picked within 3-5 working days.

Refunds
Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
